2021-2022 school year begins August 23, 2021 and ends June 9, 2022.
Registration Fee is $30.00 per person (maximum of $90 per family).
The school year consists of 37-39 weeks. Fees are based on an annual tuition fee and divided into equal monthly installments (Aug/Sept – June) for your convenience. Monthly fees are not based on the number of classes per month.
We offer one free trial class per student. $18 for each additional trial class. Drop-in classes are $18 per class.
Private Dance/Acrobatics Lessons are available for $30 per half hour.
Dance, Acrobatics, and Hand to Hand Combat classes have required dress code for every class. Please see dress code document for details.
Dance Concert Costume Fees are $60-$85 per dance class. $35 per class deposit is due by November 4, 2021 and remaining balance is due by December 2, 2021. (Tumbling, acting, and musical theatre classes do not have a costume fee. Hand-to-Hand Combat uniforms will be purchased through the instructor.)
Payment Policies:
- Monthly membership is 10 equal monthly installments. Your first monthly payment must be paid in full by the first day of your first class. Subsequent payments are due the 1st of the month – through June.
- All costume & tuition fees are non-refundable, regardless of membership type.
- Dropping a class requires a 30-day written notice emailed to info@cavod.org. You will be responsible for payment for that 30-day period.
- There will be a $15 declined card fee for declined cards on auto-pay. Please keep your card up to date.
- Please call the office to update any credit card information.
- There will be a $15 late fee for monthly tuition not paid by the 10th of the month and Cavod reserves the right to charge your card automatically at that time.
Private Music Lessons (voice, piano, guitar, drums)
2021-2022 school year begins August 23, 2021 and ends June 9, 2022. There will be a recital performance on Friday, June 3, 2022.
PRIVATE MUSIC LESSONS ARE $27 FOR A HALF HOUR LESSON.
REGISTRATION FEE is $30.00 per person for the year (Maximum of $90 per family). Register at staging-cavodacademy.kinsta.cloud.
PAYMENTS: Your payment will be calculated monthly, based on the number of weekdays in the month on which your lesson is scheduled. Payment isdue on the first of each month. After the 10th day if not paid, a $15 late fee will be applied. Cavod reserves the right to charge your card automatically if payment is not made by the 10th of the month. Please call the office to update any credit card information.
YOUR LESSON TIME is reserved for you every week, whether you use it or not.
CANCELLATIONS & MAKE UPS: Cancellations must be reserved for emergency situations. No more than 4 cancellations for the school year. A student is entitled to a make-up lesson or account credit if they have cancelled with reasonable notice, the teacher must cancel, or Cavod is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather. Make up lessons will be subject to the teacher’s availability. If the teacher cannot reschedule, a credit may be given if within the 4-cancellation policy. No shows will be charged, with no make-ups.
DROPPING LESSONS: The studio requires a written notice at least 4 weeks prior to discontinuing your lessons. You will be responsible for 4 weeks’ tuition from the date the studio receives notification via written document or email.
PRACTICE: Please treat practicing like other homework. Learning new skills is best served through consistency! Unprepared lessons cost the same as prepared ones, but their value is substantially compromised.
