Scholarship requests for the 2022-2023 school year will be accepted from June 6, 2022 through August 15, 2022.

Please complete the following questions to the best of your ability. The office will be in touch once our board has a chance to review your request. Completion of this form does not guarantee financial assistance. Scholarships are determined by the board and the availability of funds. Thank you.
